As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, James took on key responsibilities as a Master Helmsman and Leading Signalman, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of his ship and crew. His career also includes vital roles as a Correctional Officer at Florida State Prison, where he worked closely with staff and inmates to maintain a safe and secure environment.

With a master’s degree in criminal justice and certifications like Community Emergency Response Team training and NRA Instructor credentials, James combines formal education with practical skills. He excels in risk assessment, and managing both physical and cyber security challenges, consistently crafting strategies that keep organizations and people protected.

Most recently, James has embraced an exciting new chapter as a Dimensional Search franchise owner, where he leverages his deep expertise and a forward-thinking approach to help businesses navigate today’s complex cyber and physical security landscape.
